Who is behind LearnThis?

Hi! My name is Michał Parkoła and I've been passionate about effective learning for as long as I can remember.

I've been a professional trainer, coach and manager since at least 2011 when I started an Agile consultancy called Fluid Circle with my co-founder Daniel.

As an Agile Coach I've helped teams at companies like Gemius, Sabre and McKinsey be happier and more effective.

Then as an Engineering Manager at 9LivesData and Appsilon I helped many great engineers level up fast (see this testimonial from one of the people I managed) and helped Appsilon grow 4x over 2.5 years in a truly-global, remote-only environment.

In 2015 I started experimenting with multi-week online training programs under the People Skills for Geeks brand (now retired).

Who is LearnThis for?

I'm making LearnThis for people who are fed up with the avalanche of training content that doesn't really help us do better.
